About Me

Practicing Asanas has always been a time for me to review my harmony in body, breath, and mind.  I learned Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, and Transformational Yoga in line, one after the other. What I could understand by practicing all these forms was that every style serves your purpose in one direction to prepare you more for the higher yogic practices that relate to the mind more.

I am here to invite all those who:

struggle with back pain and stiffness; feel anxious, stressed, or emotionally overwhelmed; desire a clear yogic foundation; seek spiritual freedom; want to study classical yogic texts; Are new teachers looking for orientation and confidence.
